Shangang continues to invest in Rizhao
Shandong Iron & Steel Company (Shangang) will invest CNY 9.6 billion ($1.46 billion) in building its Rizhao steelworks project in 2016, according to its official report.
Shangang has already invested a total of CNY 13.26 billion on the project so far. From January to April it has invested CNY 2.64 billion, which means it will invest around CNY 7 billion in the rest of this year, Kallanish notes.
