Shangang begins Rizhao HSM construction
Eastern China’s Shandong Iron and Steel (Shangang) began construction of the first hot strip mill at its Rizhao steelworks project on Wednesday, according to contractor China MCC20 Group. The 2,050mm line is expected to be commissioned 18 months later in 2017, Kallanish notes.
