Shangang to add $700m investment in Tonkolili

Shandong Iron and Steel Group (Shangang) is planning to invest another $700 million on its Tonkolili iron ore project in Sierra Leone, according to China Daily and allAfrica. Shangang chairman Hou Jun committed to the investment when he met Sierra Leonean president Ernest Bai Koroma on 4 November.
