Shandong Yonganhaoyu speeds up second-phase construction after delays
Shandong Yonganhaoyu Pipe is speeding up construction of its stainless steel pipe plant due to delays caused by the rainy season this summer. The second phase of the project is expected to be commissioned in December, Kallanish notes.
