Shandong Taishan, Fulun plan capacity replacement
According to Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on 11 October, Shandong Fulun Iron & Steel and Shandong Taishan Iron & Steel have announced their capacity replacement plans, Kallanish notes.
