Shandong Shengfa starts producing coke
Shandong Jining Shengfa Coking Co. has commenced production at its new coke plant, which was built by China First Metallurgical Corporation, Kallanish notes.
With two 60-oven 6.25-metre coke batteries and supporting facilities, the whole project has the capacity to produce 1.2 million tonnes/year of coke, 150,000 t/y of methanol and 50,000 t/y of ammonia.
