Shandong sets 2023 capacity reduction schedule
Shandong, China’s third largest steel producing province, plans to shut down 4.5 million tonnes/year of iron capacity and 4.9m t/y of steel capacity by 2023, Kallanish notes from the three-year plan released by the provincial government.
