Shandong Hengxin ignites coke dry quenching plant
Shandong Hengxin High-tech Energy Company has officially ignited its coke dry quenching (CDQ) plant, and it will shortly be put into commercial operation, Kallanish notes.
MCC Coking Engineering & Technology signed the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for one 175 tonne/hour CDQ plant with Shandong Hengxin in 2018. Two 60-oven 6.25-metre coke batteries have also been commissioned this year.
