Shagang's HRC offers continue to rise in January
Eastern Chinese steelmaking major, Shagang, has announced it will lift its hot-rolled coil offers in January 2020, meaning that its HRC offers will increase for the second month, Kallanish notes.
Shagang's Q235B 5.5x1500mm HRC is now offered at CNY 4,000/tonne ($574/t) ex-works including VAT, up CNY 180/t from a month before.
