Shagang Yongxing resumes No.2 blast furnace
Shagang Group's Henan subsidiary, Anyang Yongxing Steel, has restarted production at its No.2 blast furnace following maintenance, Kallanish notes.
The 500 cubic-metre blast furnace has around 600,000 tonnes/year of iron capacity. It lost about 200,000t of iron output during the overhaul over the past four months.
