Shagang plans scrap processing centre in Xuzhou
China's leading private steel producer, Jiangsu Shagang, plans to build a large scrap processing centre together with China Recycling Resources in Jiangsu's Xuzhou, Kallanish notes.
The local government of Xuzhou stated that the location of the project is in the Suining area with convenient railway and shipping connections. The area is also a local steel trading centre.
