Shagang estimates higher second half steelmaking margins
Shagang chairman Shen Wenrong said recently that average steelmaking margins across the industry in the second half of 2017 should be even higher than in H1. Shen also believes domestic steel production in H2 will be higher than H1, while supply and demand will basically remain in balance, Kallanish notes.
