Shaanxi lists steelmaker restriction measures
The Ecology Bureau of Shaanxi Province released a list on 12 November including three local steelmakers needing to reduce their emissions, Kallanish notes.
The government has set rules for production restrictions for the steelmakers in the case of severe pollution. Pollution levels are graded into yellow, orange and red alerts, and each mill has specific actions to take in each case.
