Severstal's noteholders resolve to be paid in rubles
Russian vertically integrated steelmaker Severstal passed on 3 November an extraordinary resolution, with respect to its Eurobond coupon payments, which fell due on 16 March and 16 September and were not paid due to sanctions imposed.
The resolution states that the March 2022 and September 2022 coupons shall be paid in accordance with amended payment mechanics, in Russian roubles. It is to be paid on the next business day after passage. As…
