Severstal's Izhora wins 100,000t Gazprom pipe tender
Severstal’s Izhora Pipe Mill has won a tender to supply 100,000 tonnes of large-diameter welded pipe to Gazprom for the construction of the Power of Siberia pipeline.
The firm will produce 1,420mm diameter grade K60 pipe with internal and external coating designed to operate under a pressure of 9.8MPa. Production will take place on Mill 5000 at the sheet rolling shop in Kolpino.
