Severstal supplies non-fluxed pellet to Germany, expands exports
Russia’s Severstal Karelsky Okatysh mining and processing plant has produced an experimental batch of non-fluxed pellets with an increased Fe content of 66.2%, the company says.
The firm already shipped a first consignment of 70,000 tonnes to a customer in Germany. This is part of the steelmaker’s efforts to expand its exports to new markets, the enterprise tells Kallanish.
