Severstal resumes deliveries to Algerian pipemaker

Russian steelmaker and miner Severstal has resumed deliveries to Alfapipe, a spiral-welded steel pipe manufacturer based in Algeria, the steelmaker says. Severstal produced 26,000 tonnes of X70 grade skelp steel coils to supply to Alfapipe, Kallanish notes. Production and delivery was carried out in batches over three months from July to September.
