Severstal to raise sheet supplies to Kamaz
Serverstal will supply 60,000 tonnes of flat steel to Russia's largest heavy truck maker, Kamaz, under a cooperation agreement for the current year, Kallanish learns from the Russian miner and steelmaker.
Severstal supplies Kamaz with cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets, including high-strength steel grades, which are used for manufacturing power elements of cars. Last year, the steelmaker delivered 58,000t of steel to Kamaz, it says in a statement.
