Severstal increases railway deliveries in first half
Severstal increased the volume of steel products shipped in containers from its Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant (CherMK) in the first half of the year, the company says.
It delivered 364,000 tonnes, compared with 311,000t for the same period last year, Kallanish notes. The enterprise began to use railway container shipments in 2014 and these have now reached their maximum volume, it says.
