New complex to boost Severstal's winter ore deliveries
Russian steelmaker and miner Severstal is investing in an iron ore drying complex at its Yakovlevsky GOK plant, the company says.
Investment is RUB 3 billion ($40 million), Kallanish notes, making it the largest investment project in the history of the plant, the steelmaker claims.
