Severstal continues large-diameter pipe export drive
Severstal has significantly increased exports of large-diameter pipe (LDP) for oil and gas pipelines in recent years, it says.
From 2018 to 2021, it qualified with 33 companies, with around 30% of qualifications completed in the first half of this year. During 2020 and 2021, Severstal started delivering pipe to new countries, more than trebling export volumes compared to 2019.
