Severstal improves quality of high-strength steel grades
Russian vertically-integrated steelmaker Severstal has installed a new plasma cutting machine at its Cherepovets Steelworks (CherMK), the company says.
The equipment, worth RUB 19 million ($250,000), is intended for processing billets from high-strength steel grades. It was supplied by SovPlym.
