Severstal improves coal concentrate quality, cuts costs
Severstal subsidiary Vorkutaugol has improved the quality of coal concentrate produced at Pechorskaya Concentrating Mill in a move the Russian firm estimates could cut RUB 1 billion ($15.9 million) in annual costs. The concentrate is supplied to Cherepovets Steel Mill.
