Severstal coated coil, plate sales surge, semis slump
Severstal reported a 2% on-quarter rise in consolidated finished product sales in the second quarter to 2.22 million tonnes, while iron ore pellet sales surged 73% to 2.05mt. Semi-finished steel sales dropped -28% to 185,000t.
