Severstal assesses 2022 mineral tax expenses at $280-290m
Russian steelmaker and miner Severstal has assessed the effect of the implementation of the mineral extraction tax (MET) in 2022 at $280-290 million, according to chief financial officer Alexey Kulichenko.
