Separatists prepare Alchevsk converter restart
Alchevsk Iron & Steel Works is preparing to relaunch its oxygen converter, according to representatives of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) who seized the plant from Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD) last December.
