US scrap market sentiment remains bearish
US domestic scrap market players expect further decreases for August trading after prices dropped considerably in July trading.
While mill demand continues to be weak, supply, specifically for prime grades, is growing following the resumption of automotive production. Prime grade prices are therefore expected to record further decreases with August trading.
