SemGroup to build new US natural gas pipeline
US oil and gas transporter SemGroup says it plans to build a $60 million natural gas pipeline to connect its processing complex in northern Oklahoma to the STACK play in central Oklahoma.
The 24-inch Canton Pipeline will have an initial capacity of 200 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d), but with additional compression could be expanded up to 400 MMcf/d to serve other producers in the area.
