SEEE clarifies carbon emissions trading rules
The Shanghai Environmental and Energy Exchange (SEEE) has issued a notice clarifying trading venues, methods, hours and other related matters for the new national carbon market. This marks the countdown to the launch of the market, Kallanish notes.
SEEE will be responsible for the account opening and operation maintenance of the trading system until the establishment of the national carbon emission rights trading agency.
