US excludes SeAH Vina from another pipe duty

Vietnam’s Korean-invested pipe maker SeAH Steel VINA Corporation (SSV) has been excluded from US antidumping duties on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG). This is the second time the producer has escaped US duties this year, although other Vietnamese supplies have not been able to replicate its success, Kallanish notes.
