SeAh VINA to commission second plant by 2019
South Korea’s SeAh Steel says it plans to commission a new pipe making plant in southern Vietnam before 2019. The investment is targeting Vietnam’s construction sector, which has been driven in recent years by rapid growth in investment, Kallanish notes.
