SeAH Steel to split business
South Korean specialty steelmaker SeAH Steel will split the company into a holding entity and a business unit focusing on special steel manufacturing operations, Kallanish notes.
By 1 April 2022, the company will be restructred into SeAH Besteel Holdings Corp. and SeAH Besteel Corp. It will seek final approval from shareholders at the general shareholders meeting on 25 March.
