SeAH to restructure
South Korea’s SeAh Steel is proposing a restructuring that would turn it into a holding company, leaving a subsidiary to run its special steel operations. The company hopes its restructuring will make it more efficient, enabling it to better compete against its new rival Hyundai Steel, Kallanish notes.
