SDI settles antitrust lawsuit for $4.6m
Steel Dynamics Inc (SDI) has announced its intent to settle a long-running class action lawsuit alleging conspiracy to restrict steel production and thus lift prices, Kallanish learns from a company release.
SDI plans to settle the suit, filed in 2008 by five companies led by Standard Iron Works, for $4.6 million.
