Scrap suppliers further raise price targets to Turkey
Following the sharp recovery seen in Turkey’s scrap market last week, imported scrap suppliers are targeting even higher prices this week.
The latest bookings were concluded at $440/tonne cfr and $443/t cfr Turkey from the EU and the US respectively last week. Although no bookings are yet heard this week, scrap suppliers are eyeing higher prices.
