Scrap shortage hits Saudi Arabia's east coast mills
Saudi Arabia's largest steel producers, the country's largest scrap consumers, as well as merchant billet producers in Jubail and Dammam are experiencing a reduction in scrap supply, due to seasonal reductions in scrap collection.
