Schulz expands in Mississippi
German seamless specialty steel and alloy tube producer Schulz Xtruded is expanding its Mississippi operations, Kallanish learns from local media reports.
Schulz is adding capacity at a new $50 million facility in Hernando, Mississippi, to support its main operational complex in Tunica, Mississippi. Schulz initially located its main $300m facility in Tunica in March 2010.
Tube produced at the Hernando site is primarily destined for the oil and gas industry.
