Savannah raises Ashford coking coal mine sales price
Australian miner Savannah Goldfields has raised the sale prices of its Ashford coking coal project to Clara Resources, Kallanish notes.
Clara Resources says the aggregate transaction consideration, before royalties and interest, will increase from AUD 3.95 million ($2.62m) to AUD 4.15m, if the completion payment is made on 12 June 2024, or to AUD 4.35m if the completion payment is made on 1 July 2024.
