Saudi surge, Egyptian rise lift Bahrain pellet exports
Bahraini exports of agglomerated iron ore surged 74% on-year in May to 1.15 million tonnes, according to Information and eGovernment Authority data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value was $153/tonne versus $129/t in May 2018. Exports were also up from 892,897t in April 2019.
