Saudi scrap traders resist price decline
Saudi Arabian scrap traders are resisting merchant billet producers’ demands for lower prices.
Early this week, the Saudi benchmark mill reduced its August-delivery scrap buying quotes by SAR 100/tonne ($26.6) on July.
