Saudi scrap dealers hold supply, anticipate price increase
Saudi Arabian scrap dealers are withholding supply and delivering only lower-quality scrap, a mix of HMS 80:20 and light, at the same price as last week's HMS 80:20 deals – SAR 1,530-1,540/tonne ($408-410) delivered.
