Saudi rebar prices inch up amid size shortages
Rebar prices have increased in Saudi Arabia by SAR 25-50/tonne ($6.7-13.3) on-week, driven by surging scrap prices and shortages of specific rebar sizes.
Saudi tier-three mills with low or no rebar stocks have elevated their rebar quotes across all sizes to SAR 2,000-2,100/t ex-works or delivered within the same city.
