Saudi’s East Pipes foresees strong post-Covid demand rebound
Dammam-based East Pipes Integrated Company is bullish as helical submerged arc welded (HSAW) pipe demand is expected to rebound post Covid-19 thanks to mega projects in both the water and oil & gas sectors.
The firm reported a 36% on-year drop in revenue in the fiscal year ending 31 March 2022 (FY22) to SAR 597 million ($159.2m). It recorded a net loss of SAR 3m versus a profit of SAR 148m in the previous year.
