Saudi Arabia's East Pipes revenue grows
Dammam-based East Pipes Integrated Company reported in the quarter ended 30 June a surge in revenue of 38.15% on-year and 6.35% on-quarter to SAR 206 million ($54.9m), Kallanish notes.
The growth against last year is attributed to soaring shipments and average sales prices. It came alongside a decline in average cost per tonne of main raw materials by 14%, which contributed to a substantial rise in gross profit of 66%.
