Saudi domestic scrap price hike faces resistance
Saudi Arabian merchant billet producers are resisting domestic scrap price hike attempts that are being driven by a SAR 100/tonne ($26.6) on-month increase in scrap purchase rates from the benchmark mill for December transactions.
