Saudi billet prices seen softening, Russian offers circulate
Saudi Arabia's billet market is subdued due to Ramadan, which started last week. Current domestic rebar prices for April deliveries are suppressing billet quotes, and a reduction by SAR 50-100/tonne ($13.3-26.6) is therefore highly likely in the coming days, Saudi market sources tell Kallanish.
