HRC leads Saudi Arabian ferrous export growth
Saudi Arabia’s iron and steel exports under HS chapter 72 in the first eight months of 2021 grew 12.8% on-year to 935,504 tonnes, from 828,651t recorded in 2020, according to Saudi General Authority of Statistics data obtained by Kallanish.
Export income surged 102% to SAR 3.22 billion ($858 million) from SAR 1.59 billion in 8M 2020.
