Saudi Arabia rebar inches up slightly
In Saudi Arabia, largest producer Hadeed has announced its December-delivery 12-32mm rebar net price at SAR 2,750/tonne ($733) and 9mm+ wire rod net price at SAR 2,950/t ($786) delivered within the country.
This means a SAR 50/t ($13.3) increase on November delivery quotations. For 8 and 10mm diameter rebar, an additional SAR 50/t can be added on to quotations, if the order involves low diameter rebar only, Kallanish notes.
