Kumba revises iron ore output, cost guidance

South Africa-based Kumba, a subsidiary of Anglo American, has revised its guidance and outlook on production until 2025 and combined mine and logistics cost (C1 unit) for 2023.  The company’s iron ore production is expected to be 3-7.5% lower than forecasted in 2022 but exports are forecast to remain in line with the full-year 2022 guidance of around 36-37 million tonnes.
