South Africa’s Kumba increases iron ore production, exports
South African Anglo American subsidiary Kumba increased iron ore production by 9% on-year in 2021 to 40.9 million tonnes, with exports up 1% to 40.2mt versus total sales of 40.3mt, Kallanish notes.
